Your New Role
As principle contact for your clients on accounting matters you'll be in regular contact to ensure service is in line with expectations, implementing improvements where needed, working closely with the administration team to ensure a consistent approach to service delivery. You'll guide and assist Managers and other team members co-ordinating deliverables and managing quality control, include the audit process. You'll lead your team in maximising the opportunities to utilise technology to enhance the client experience.
What You'll Require
