Your New Company

In Jersey their team of specialists in Corporate Administration provide innovative solutions for their clients in a fast paced environment backed up by cutting edge technology. But don't be put off by the size of the firm - their focus is on delivering bespoke service and developing close long term client relationships.


Your New Role

You'll be part of a friendly close knit team of around 7 people and you'll manage that team, reporting in to a director. The business is growing and you can grow with it progressing to a more senior role when the time is right for you. The client book is of exceptional quality and purely corporate, but you'll be involved with a wide range of transactions from listings to acquisitions. You'll have the opportunity to sit on client boards at the appropriate time.


What You'll Require

You must have experience of managing corporate client relationships and also of managing and developing people. You'll need to be driven with excellent attention to detail, and a strong understanding of good corporate governance.
