Your New Company

This is an award-winning Service business with offices in key locations around the globe and headquartered in Jersey. Independently owned it has seen significant growth in the last 10 years, built upon its focus on providing exceptional client service. In Jersey they offer a range of services to Corporate, Family Office, Fund and Real Estate clients.


Your New Role

You'll be managing an administration team, focussing on a large portfolio of varied structures. You'll be engaging directly with the clients ensuring service quality excellence and developing and strengthening relationships. Whilst director support is always at hand you will be given the opportunity to lead and motivate your team.


What You'll Require

Previous experience of managing corporate client relationships is essential as is a minimum of 3 years in managing a team (coaching, developing their skills, managing their performance). You'll need to be adaptable, emotionally resilient with a positive can-do attitude and a pro-active and disciplined approach to work.
