Your New Role

You'll be assisting and supporting the HR team with providing reliable and proactive service to the business, championing best practice throughout the firm. Your primary focus will be on enhancing the employee experience, and you'll engage with all areas of the business in this.


What You'll Require

You'll need to have an enquiring mind and be keen to challenge the way things are done so that processes can be continually improved. Some office admin and/or HR experience would be ideal but is not essential. Strong communication, analysis and numerical skills are needed, together with accuracy and the ability to prioritise.
