An amazing opportunity to join a Family Office in a part time role (25 hours per week) focussing on providing admin support (accounts payable / treasury) to the small, friendly finance team.

You'll be joining a family office with exposure to a variety of investments and philanthropic work around the world.
Your New Role
Working as part of the finance team you'll provide finance and admin related support. This will include monitoring cash requirements, maintaining accurate records, ensuring FX confirmations are released within deadlines, preparing and settling invoices, preparing reconciliations and assisting with budget preparation, as well as ad hoc tasks as required.
What You'll Require
Experience in a similar role is important, as is attention to detail, accurate data entry skills, a pro-active approach and the ability to use your initiative. Excellent IT skills, especially Excel.
